Closed End – Small Flange

Closed end Small Flange Rivnuts are ideal when a low load bearing application that require a seal to prevent the ingress of liquids, solids or moisture. They also feature a Low Profile head and Splined body for improved torque-to-turn resistance.

Hex Series- Features 

The High Strength Hex Rivnut Series provides a clamp force comparable to weld nuts and clinch nuts in high-torque applications.

The hexagonal shape and large flange gives the High Strength Hex Rivnut Series exceptional torque-to-turn strength in thin sheet materials.

The Hex Rivnut provides a blind threaded insert with a hexagonal body, yielding high torque-to-turn and pull-out performance, particularly in soft metals.

The  Hex Rivnut section and bore improves torque-to-turn by up to 200% in sheet metal, compared to round-body inserts. Plus, the Hex Rivnut can be used in very thin materials (from 0.50mm with quick and easy insertion.

Available in various platings and options, The Hex Rivnut can be used with hand tools, pneumatic tools, battery tools and fully automated machines to suit a wide range of assembly methods.
