The name of the business or organisation submitting the purchase order.
The person Rivnut should contact if there are any questions about the order.
Allows Rivnut to quickly contact the customer if anything needs urgent clarification.
The customer’s internal PO reference number, used to match the uploaded document to their records.
Upload the official purchase order document. PDF is preferred, but other common file types can be accepted if needed.
Optional space for delivery instructions, urgency, or anything not clearly shown on the PO.
